The Book is now free and replaced with eGift Card priced at $200 per eGift Card with the Book free with no additional shipping costs. The goal is to ship as many free copies of the Book with free shipping of  the copies. Good thing is all proceeds from the sale of eGift Card after expenses deduction will go to shareholders. Please note one eGift Card per buyer. No one can buy multiple eGift Cards and if they do, they must do so for family and friends and such family and friends will get the copy of the Book free and shares inside the eGift Card at no cost.
